Charlie Rafferty once again was extremely helpful as we brought in our Tahoe for a burning smell resulting from AC compressor clutch failure. It happened the morning we were scheduled to load up for a college move. Charlie took the vehicle in sane-day and prearranged a local rental so we could make the college move-in. Due to cancellations, Charlie was able to work the Tahoe in for service earlier than expected. Once diagnosed, he kept me informed on parts and progress, with the vehicle repaired over two days, with additional mileage-appropriate work done as well. I was once again very happy with Charlie’s and the Vendetti team’s commitment to customer service. We’ve always been treated well and it’s much appreciated. I would and do recommend Charlie and Vendetti as an organization to anyone.

I wasn't able to have an inspection sticker put on my 2026 GMC Acadia because the dealership where I purchased the vehicle didn't engage the OBD Port when the vehicle arrived at the dealership. Vendetti Motors did what they could until they realized why the vehicle wouldn't pass the inspection.

I really appreciated that the Service Team at Vendetti reached out to me before my appointment to get the detail on the minor warranty issues I had with my truck. My 2017 Buick was towed to Vendetti blowing white smoke from the tailpipe. I assumed it was a blown gasket or engine. Vendetti diagnosed the issue as a Turbo Charge and the part was under a special coverage. This was repaired quickly with no cost to me. My local machanic told me I would need to replace the engine at a 7k cost!!! I can't thank the Vendetti team enough for correctly diagnosing my Car and saving me thousands of dollars!!!

I got there about 20 minutes early and Charlie greeted me, listened to the concerns I had, gave a an approximate time the services would be completed. Charlie came to the waiting room (a half hour earlier than expected, explained what they did and I was out of there! Also, I spoke to a salesman on the floor about an option that I didn't seem to have on my car. He was very helpful and printed me out some info about my car.

Made an appointment for service on a 2025 sierra 2500. Charlie Rafferty booked the truck in and while checking the truck out noticed the front tires wearing on the edges. He recommended an alignment. The result was a noticeable difference in the handling. The normal service was completed with the alignment in a couple hours. He also took care a recall and another issue. Hard to find service like you get at Vendetti. A local family owned Business.

We purchased 2026 GMC Terrain in Florida. We had a problem with it drifting to the right on the highway. We took it to the dealership in Florida and they aligned the front end. We still had the problem. We bought it into Vendetti. They looked at the Terrain and drove it, they could not find a problem. The service advisor offered for me to drive the car with the mechanic Toby. Once Toby saw what was happening, he said let me make a few adjustments. After he was done the problem went away! I feel the Vendetti service department did the extra to solve a warranty problem on a vehicle they didn’t sell.

From the minute you drive in you’re greeted by friendly , caring staff . It took 8 hours for an oil change and brake job, never had it take this long at any other shop I have had this work done e At, usually 3 -4 hours at other shops. As soon as I left with my truck the check engine light appeared and starter was not working correctly. Was told the check engine light was purely coincidental and the cooling valve would have went regardless of if I brought it in, seemed a little strange it just so happened right after I had work done. Fixed the valve however did not address the starter which worked fine before I brought it in so now have to to another shop to have that looked at. Also asked for an inspection sticker and was told when I picked up the truck the first time that the emissions machine was down indefinitely however the next day when I brought the truck back for the check engine light the machine was working and the team was confused when I inquired on this almost like it was not down the day before.
