I booked my service at thier online web site and arrived a little Early at the dealership, and they checked me in and got me processed for my auto service checking what I really needed to have done. Once they got me in I was out of there in less than an hour I believe. I was happy, and my Truck still looks good and running great. My 2017 Buick was towed to Vendetti blowing white smoke from the tailpipe. I assumed it was a blown gasket or engine. Vendetti diagnosed the issue as a Turbo Charge and the part was under a special coverage. This was repaired quickly with no cost to me. My local machanic told me I would need to replace the engine at a 7k cost!!! I can't thank the Vendetti team enough for correctly diagnosing my Car and saving me thousands of dollars!!!

I got there about 20 minutes early and Charlie greeted me, listened to the concerns I had, gave a an approximate time the services would be completed. Charlie came to the waiting room (a half hour earlier than expected, explained what they did and I was out of there! Also, I spoke to a salesman on the floor about an option that I didn't seem to have on my car. He was very helpful and printed me out some info about my car.

I came to vendetti motors in Franklin Ma on the search for not only my first brand new vehicle but a brand new pickup truck. When I walked in I was greeted by Jim I explained exactly what I was looking for he went and pulled a truck up I took it for a ride and fell in love with it. Second the day came back a few weeks latter to start the process of getting the new truck I took it for one more ride while on that ride I noticed the check engine light was on I mentioned this to Jim and he told me they would look into it he called me that Saturday and said the my cleared the code and the truck was good to go. I picked the truck up that Monday afternoon drove it home the next day the light was back on so I called Jim he talked with service and the ordered a part and told me he was of on Wednesday but he would come to my work and bring my truck to get fixed and bring it back when complete. Jim went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied I will be back and I would recommend anyone to go see Jim and the team at vendetti

My son blew a tire on our 2025 Hummer EV - which is tough to do. I called service (Jamie Chofay) just before closing to ask if ok to have AAA drop off the truck after hours and it would need a tire. He said they would be ready for it and should have it done by the following day. Sure enough got a nice phone call saying it was all set - because I could not get there until after closing time - they arranged where I could get the keys to pick it up. Great customer service which is so important now adays - great communication and great fast service getting the car fixed. Highly recommend and thank you.

It took 8 hours for an oil change and brake job, never had it take this long at any other shop I have had this work done e At, usually 3 -4 hours at other shops. As soon as I left with my truck the check engine light appeared and starter was not working correctly. Was told the check engine light was purely coincidental and the cooling valve would have went regardless of if I brought it in, seemed a little strange it just so happened right after I had work done. Fixed the valve however did not address the starter which worked fine before I brought it in so now have to to another shop to have that looked at. Also asked for an inspection sticker and was told when I picked up the truck the first time that the emissions machine was down indefinitely however the next day when I brought the truck back for the check engine light the machine was working and the team was confused when I inquired on this almost like it was not down the day before.

From the minute you drive in you’re greeted by friendly , caring staff . I was only in the Service dept for a Sticker and an ongoing draining of the rear quarter panels , so I waited for the work to be done . It was quick and efficient as always . Had an appointment with Vendetti Motors for an oil change on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. They took my truck right in at 8:00am for service. Seemed to be taking longer than expected and when I inquired, I was told that they had found a problem with the front end...long story short, they lent me a car to drive home until my truck was finished. Made an appointment for service on a 2025 sierra 2500. Charlie Rafferty booked the truck in and while checking the truck out noticed the front tires wearing on the edges. He recommended an alignment. The result was a noticeable difference in the handling. The normal service was completed with the alignment in a couple hours. He also took care a recall and another issue. Hard to find service like you get at Vendetti. A local family owned Business.

We purchased 2026 GMC Terrain in Florida. We had a problem with it drifting to the right on the highway. We took it to the dealership in Florida and they aligned the front end. We still had the problem. We bought it into Vendetti. They looked at the Terrain and drove it, they could not find a problem. The service advisor offered for me to drive the car with the mechanic Toby. Once Toby saw what was happening, he said let me make a few adjustments. After he was done the problem went away! I feel the Vendetti service department did the extra to solve a warranty problem on a vehicle they didn’t sell.
