I had a bittersweet experience at Vendetti. It is difficult to spend as much as I left spending and feel fully pleased. However, Jamie was very pleasant to work with. I found him to be calm, helpful, and eager to assist in any way he could. I was pleased with the level of work done by your technicians, and from a dealership standpoint, I was overall pleased. I was displeased with your labor rates, and for the hourage you book for certain jobs. When other independent mechanics can undercut dealerships by 30-50% it seems to indicate that dealerships are charging too much.

Brought my Sierra 3500HD in for 30000 mile service and inspection sticker, asked while they had there if they could check a few quirky irritating issues Ive been having, but told them if they didnt get to those issues it would be fine and I understand theyre busy. Two of the senior techs Toby & Dan took the time to troubleshoot and eliminate the annoying noise that probably only annoyed me, and they video recorded the issue so that I could see exactly how they found it, it is these little extra efforts that as a business owner myself really speaks volumes about the culture and character of a company, I have said it before, the sale of a vehicle is a one time event, and as pleasant as that was working with Sean & Abe, it is the service dept that will keep a customer coming back over and over, I cannot stress this enough. The service team really does make the difference long term.

The Experience buying my new truck GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 was very good at Vendetti Motors. Joseph Marcus the sales representative that sold me the truck was excellent, he was very knowledgeable, respectful of my time, very pleasant, very helpful, have a great personality, and spend a great amount of time with me during the whole buying process, he really made my buying experience a great one. On all my years buying new cars, I never had a sales representative as good and as excellent like Joe. Joe found the truck that I wanted in Long Island NY for me, he went himself and drove 7 hours to bring the truck to his dealership in Franklin MA so I can have the truck that I wanted.Thank you Joe for making my new truck buying experience a great, excellent and pleasant one. Also my experience with Abe and Jim McNay was very good they were very helpful. On the other hand my experience with Tom one of the managers at Vendetti was very bad, Tom was very arrogant, not respectful, not helpful and always had a terrible attitude, I am not sure how a great dealership like Vendetti have such a bad manager like Tom. Had a incident with the mirror on my 2025 GMC 2500. Needed a replacement and Doug in parts was right on it and the part was in the next working day. Charlie Rafferty scheduled the appointment as soon as possible. We talked the day before and I asked if he could get the truck in that day, he checked and had a cancellation for that afternoon. The work was done and I was on my way. This is the first truck I have purchased from Vendetti and it won't be the last.

I brought my vehicle in in perfect working condition for an oil change and when I picked it up the AC was broken. The service was extremely rude when we questioned how a perfectly working AC just stops working with no warning or prior issues. This isn’t the first time Vendetti has tried scamming us, but it will definitely be the last as we will never do business there again.

I initially called in to ask about a vehicle and I got a person named Sean Morrissey. We hit it off right away, he was very personable and told me he had the vehicle. When we arrived (my daughter and I), he greeted us with a firm handshake and a smile. He showed us the vehicle but he also asked us what we were looking for. This was a vehicle for my 19 year old daughter so I told him what features I needed the vehicle to have (Buick Envista). Sean showed us a few other vehicles, one of which my daughter really liked. We left that day, I told him we were going to think things over and get back to him. He texted me later in the day thanking me for coming in and to let him know if we had any questions. We had several conversations on the phone over the next few days and he gave me a great deal and we ended up buying a 2025 Envista. We went back the following day to pick the vehicle up and Sean went over the vehicle with my daughter, showing her all the features and pointing out certain safety things. Sean was great, not pushy... just helpful and he asked us what we wanted and let us make the decision on the vehicle. He didn't just make a customer for life... he made 2 customers for life! It was a great experience, especially since it was my daughters 1st time buying a new car. Sean knows his stuff and knows how to treat customers... he is a true professional and we are so glad we met him! So if you get to read this Sean, thank you so much! 15K Mile Service; Replace mirror; full detail; and check source of a noise. The service personnel were outstanding. Results were great. The only disappointment was that they could not pinpoint the source of the noise. They agree it may be coming from the rear brakes since rotors are scored. At 15K miles, I should not be seeing this scoring. Unlikely to be a rock stuck in there since both sides. I had a 2018 Sierra and got rid of it because I started having brake trouble at 26K miles. I sure hope I am not starting down that same path. If so, it will be the last GMC I buy.

Charlie Rafferty once again was extremely helpful as we brought in our Tahoe for a burning smell resulting from AC compressor clutch failure. It happened the morning we were scheduled to load up for a college move. Charlie took the vehicle in sane-day and prearranged a local rental so we could make the college move-in. Due to cancellations, Charlie was able to work the Tahoe in for service earlier than expected. Once diagnosed, he kept me informed on parts and progress, with the vehicle repaired over two days, with additional mileage-appropriate work done as well. I was once again very happy with Charlie’s and the Vendetti team’s commitment to customer service. We’ve always been treated well and it’s much appreciated. I would and do recommend Charlie and Vendetti as an organization to anyone.

Had an appointment with Vendetti Motors for an oil change on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. They took my truck right in at 8:00am for service. Seemed to be taking longer than expected and when I inquired, I was told that they had found a problem with the front end...long story short, they lent me a car to drive home until my truck was finished. I appreciate the kindness of Jamie Chofay and the crew there for their help.
